Excellent experience. My wife wanted to try learning a new musical instrument but didn't want to risk buying something expensive just in case it didn't work out. It didn't. However, the used instrument we hired was in excellent condition and the service gave us the flexibility to try it out. I'd highly recommend this service.

I have an excellent quality Yamaha clarinet on hire and at a very affordable price per month. It's been a pleasure learning to play with this instrument. I received it quickly and the service has been superb.

Great choice of instruments to hire with competitive prices. Delivery was fast and the instrument and amp arrived in perfect condition. Collection at the end of the rental was also convenient. Two small issues to note for future improvement: - The provided guitar lead was not the best and a better quality one would probably not cost much more. Also, I did not receive a confirmation that the instrument was received back in acceptable condition. It would be nice to receive this so that the customer knows that there are no issues.

Ordering process was easy. Instrument arrived quickly. The instrument was damaged in transit as there was not enough protection. The support team were helpful in making note of the damage and reassuring that it wouldn't affect the performance or quality of the instrument. If not for the damage I would have given 5 stars!

Was happy to receive the viola I'd chosen. The instrument was dispatched quickly and I'm very pleased with its quality for the price. Was thinking of hiring an intermediate violin too but all instruments appear to be out of stock unfortunately.

A zero hassle way to hire equipment. Delivered promptly, the guitar and amp was great, and returning it at the end of the hire period was really easy. Recommended.
